Pärlā Citywide Creative Festival runs Thursday through Sunday
J’Parle' Artist Group’s citywide festival opens Thursday night at the Admiral Twin Drive-In and closes Sunday with a culinary gathering on Greenwood Avenue.

The citywide creative festival runs Thursday, Sept. 24, through Sunday, Sept. 27, according to the J’Parle’ Artist Group calendar. The lineup stretches across culinary arts, fashion, visual arts, dance, theater, poetry, film, and wellness. It is spread across Tulsa, not pinned to a single room.
Thursday, Sept. 24, 6–8 p.m.: Opening Night Cinema Social and Film Festival at the Admiral Twin Drive-In — vendors, music, food, and original films under the stars.
Friday, Sept. 25: the Citywide Art Crawl runs 5–9 p.m., with pop-up galleries, exhibitions, workshops, and public art. Later that evening, Shindig Open Mic is 7–10 p.m., poetry and performance with Saturday Scribe.
Saturday, Sept. 26: the calendar lists a morning meditation with Aspire to Breathe at Riverside and a community conversation on dance. From 5–8 p.m., fashion and a night of dance celebrate BIPOC creatives. The official after party is still marked details coming soon.
Sunday, Sept. 27, 6:30–9:30 p.m.: a closing culinary experience on Greenwood Avenue. The calendar says those details are forthcoming, so the street is the location we can name — not a venue, a menu, or a ticket link.
Thursday is the most settled night on the public schedule: a set window at the Admiral Twin. Friday stacks the art crawl and the open mic.
