Black Wall Street Nation Experience lands in Greenwood this weekend
A three-day music, film, beauty, and sports festival runs Sept. 25–27 across OSU-Tulsa and the Greenwood District — with weekend passes listed from $50.
A first-of-its-kind cultural festival arrives in Tulsa this weekend.
According to News On 6, the Black Wall Street Nation Experience runs Sept. 25–27, 2026, across the OSU-Tulsa campus and the historic Greenwood District. Co-founders Marc Benjamin and Lincoln Cochran frame the weekend as a link between Black Wall Street’s economic legacy and modern paths in music, film, beauty, athletics, and technology.
Evening concerts are listed 7–10 p.m. each night, with DJ sets from 4 p.m. News On 6’s rundown:
- Friday, Sept. 25: MC Lyte, with electronic artist Aluna and DJ Kylie
- Saturday, Sept. 26: Wale, joined by the Buena Vista Orchestra and Tulsa’s Toni Estes
- Sunday, Sept. 27: a Superjam headlined by Erica Campbell & Friends
Daily pass holders also get the Public Film Summit at no extra cost — panels on music in film, producing in Oklahoma, and independent studio work, plus fireside chats and a Filmmaker Happy Hour. A two-day Beauty Summit certification course with LAMIK Beauty founder Kim Roxie is listed as tuition-free for attendees.
